Timing belt pulleys
We offer a wide selection of timing belt pulleys in profiles T, AT, HTD, MXL, XL, L, and H. These are available as standard in aluminum, steel, and cast iron, and can also be manufactured in stainless steel and plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. We also distribute Eagle/SilentSync with arrow perforation and PolyChain/Falcon profiles. All profiles can be custom-made in other materials and with a surface treatment of your choice. We also offer aluminum and stainless steel racks, as well as clamping plates for open timing belts in meter lengths. All timing belt pulleys, sprockets, and clamping plates are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989.
We can supply a wide selection of taperlock toothed pulleys from stock, with metric tooth pitch in HTD profiles in 5M, 8M, and 14M, as well as with inch pitch in L and H profiles. Taperlock is available in sizes from 1008 to 5050 with standard shaft diameters from Ø9 to Ø100 mm.
We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard timing belt pulleys according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reduction, keyways for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, pinion screws, and retaining rings. Timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining standard gears or toothed strips to your specifications.
