In this context, it is important to use the correct welding tool and measuring instruments when assembling an open belt to ensure that the belt is properly tensioned when used in the belt drive. In cooperation with Optibelt, PIX, Breco, and BEHAbelt, we distribute a wide range of welding tools for belt assembly as well as a large selection of measuring instruments for belt tension control.
In some cases, it's not possible to disassemble an application to change the belt on the machine. Our welding tools are specifically designed for on-site installation and maintenance, minimizing costly downtime and lengthy assembly times, as the belt can be welded directly onto the application. We distribute a wide range of traditional and temperature-controlled welding equipment for joining PU and TPE profiles, such as the BEHAbelt RS02 friction welder, the BEHAbelt SG02 soldering iron, and the BEHAbelt HP01 heat press.
