These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on wantabelt.de for delivery within Germany, excluding islands such as Heligoland and international territories such as Switzerland.

Offer/order placement is subject to change. Wantabelt GmbH reserves the right to postpone the delivery date or cancel the order if the cause is due to circumstances beyond Wantabelt GmbH's control. We strive to deliver standard products within 2-10 business days and custom-made goods within 1-3 weeks. The delivery time for your order will be stated in the order confirmation you receive by email. The stated delivery time is ex-works.
The delivery time to Germany is indicated under each product and can vary by up to 3 business days. For orders of multiple products, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time. For deliveries to countries other than Germany, the following additional delivery time applies:
• Shipping to islands such as Heligoland or other remote areas: approximately 6-10 additional working days.
• Shipping to neighboring EU countries: approximately 1-5 additional business days. The shipping provider will deliver your goods to the delivery address you provided. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Delivery is handled by various shipping companies. Therefore, the delivery time may vary and is indicated under the respective product. This delivery time is an estimate, assuming the goods are in stock at the manufacturer (this may differ for larger orders). Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is home, the delivery service will take the package back and either attempt delivery again the next day or leave it at a nearby parcel shop. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method and the supplier. Standard shipping within Germany is €7.00
Deliveries outside of Germany may incur different prices, which are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery or shows visible signs of defects, you must acknowledge receipt conditionally on the delivery note. If you sign without complaint, you will not be able to submit any claims for transport damage to the goods later.
Business customers (B2B)
To shop as a business customer on wantabelt.de , you must first apply for a business customer account. After registration, you will receive access to the webshop platform. All prices are displayed excluding VAT. The minimum order value for business customers is €500 excluding VAT and shipping costs. Business customers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal. Payment terms apply. After the due date, interest of 2% per month plus default interest will be charged. A reminder fee of €5 will also be charged. Delivery
Delivery is at the buyer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging materials such as pallets and pallet collars are charged for each delivery. Wantabelt GmbH does not accept returns of pallets and pallet collars. Delivery times are estimated to the best of our knowledge

Returns

If you are shopping as a private individual (B2C)
To purchase from wantabelt.de as a private individual, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method that we accept. All prices are generally displayed excluding VAT. However, the price may also be shown including VAT. We do not charge card processing fees, and the amount will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped. The minimum order value on wantabelt.de is 500 DKK excluding VAT and shipping costs.
14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop at wantabelt.de , you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, within which you can inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the goods. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. A.1 The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of WANTABELT GmbH (Seller) apply to all contracts concluded between an end customer or a company (Customer) and the Seller. Any terms and conditions of the Customer are hereby expressly rejected. Amendments require a separate agreement.
A.2 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, end customers natural persons who conclude transactions for their personal needs and are therefore predominantly not associated with their independent professional activity or commercial purposes.
A.3 For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, companies enterprises that are a legal, natural person or company and pursue their commercial activity.
B. Contract terms and conditions
B.1 The products displayed by the seller in the online shop are non-binding information intended to help the customer make a binding order selection. B.2 The customer can select their desired items via the online order form and place them in the virtual shopping cart.

E. Delivery conditions
