Right of withdrawal for consumers
According to the definition of a consumer, understood as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes that is neither commercial nor of an independent professional nature, you have a right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing (Wantabelt GmbH, Reeperbahn 35, 21481 Lauenburg, Tel. +49 4153 576 9630, Email: info@wantabelt.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (goods requiring freight forwarding), we estimate the return shipping costs at a maximum of €250.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: Your right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that have been manufactured according to your specific requirements or are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
Your right of withdrawal expires if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, you are not a citizen of a member state of the European Union and your sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.
