Timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of T10 timing belt pulleys made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. Upon request, they can also be manufactured from stainless steel and plastics such as POM or nylon. Timing belt pulleys are available both with and without pre-drilling. We also offer T10 profile racks in aluminum and stainless steel. The T10 profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, particularly in internal linear guides, crane operation, and conveyor technology. 

A T10 pulley is used with a T10 timing belt and is compatible with standard T10 timing belts in brake widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 50 mm. We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard T10 profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reduction, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, quill screws, and retaining rings.

All T10 timing belt pulleys can also be manufactured in other materials and sizes, as well as with a surface coating of your choice. We offer anodizing for aluminum timing belt pulleys, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For pulleys made of other materials, such as steel, we offer zinc-plated and chromated coatings. T10 timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by modifying standard timing belt pulleys or racks to your specifications.
