Timing belt pulleys

At Wantabelt, we can supply a wide selection of bushing-type timing belt pulleys for HTD timing belts with metric tooth pitch (5, 8, or 14 mm) directly from stock. We sell HTD 8M timing belt pulleys in standard widths of 15, 20, 30, 50, and 85 mm, so-called Taperlock (TB) bushings, which serve as a locking mechanism for securing the pulleys. The bushing has a conical shape and an inwardly facing cylindrical bore with H7 tolerance, as well as a standardized keyway.

8M stands for the tooth pitch, which expresses the distance in millimeters from the center of one tooth to the center of the next. HTD stands for "High Torque Drive" and is a standard pulley compatible with HTD and RPP timing belts. HTD timing belts are also available in a reinforced version with two or four times the tensile strength, ensuring higher efficiency and precision. HTD pulleys are used in machine tools, the paper industry, and the textile industry, where long service life and minimal maintenance are required.
