Timing belt pulleys

We stock a large selection of HTD 14M timing belt pulleys made of steel with steel flanges. Upon request, they can also be manufactured from stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon. Timing belt pulleys are supplied with and without pre-drilling. We also offer racks in the HTD 14M profile in aluminum and stainless steel. The HTD 14M profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different areas, especially outdoors, for example, for door systems, hand tools, etc.  

An HTD 14M timing belt pulley is used in combination with an HTD 14M timing belt or an RPP14 timing belt. HTD 14M pulleys are available from stock and fit HTD 14M timing belts in widths of 40 mm, 55 mm, 85 mm, 115 mm, and 170 mm. We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard HTD 14M profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reduction, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, quill bolts, and retaining rings.

All HTD 14M timing belt pulleys can also be manufactured in other materials and sizes, as well as with a surface coating of your choice. HTD 14M timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by modifying standard timing belt pulleys or racks to your specifications.
