We stock a wide variety of rack and pinion drives in various profiles, which can be manufactured according to your specifications and drawings. Rack and pinion drives are manufactured in profiles that correspond to belt profiles. We distribute the complete standard range in metric and imperial sizes and carry a portion of the complete range in profiles MXL, XL, L, 3M, 5M, and 8M, as well as T2.5, T5/AT5, and T10/AT10.
Rack and pinion drives are used in many different industries, frequently in machine tools, packaging machines, printers, disposable machinery, and in the food, paper, and glass industries. The standard profiles are sold in aluminum and can also be manufactured in steel, depending on the profile. We can also supply custom-made rack and pinion drives to your specifications and in the desired materials such as POM, PEEK, and nylon. We manufacture rack and pinion gears in a standard length of 160 mm; alternatively, they are also available in a length of 140 mm.
