PU round belt
Wantabelt distributes a wide range of extruded polyurethane round belts for conveyor and drive applications. Round belts are available in various hardnesses and diameters from Ø2 to Ø20 mm and can be manufactured to custom dimensions and assembled into endless belts upon request. They are available with either a smooth or rough surface. Round belts are used in many industries, particularly in the food industry, due to their chemical resistance and ability to withstand both high and low temperatures. Their elastic properties also make them ideal for driven roller conveyors and light-duty conveying and packaging applications.
For applications with high loads and long belt lengths, we recommend using a reinforced round belt. We offer a wide range of reinforced profiles, manufactured with your choice of reinforcement to increase tensile strength and extend belt life. Reinforced round belts are made from wear-resistant PU or TPE material and are available with polyester, aramid (Kevlar), steel, or weldable PU-glass fiber reinforcement, depending on the application. Some of our reinforced profiles are also available with a center hole, allowing the belt to be connected to a nipple. We also offer hydrolysis-resistant and metal-detectable profile types.
