Timing belt pulleys

We stock a large selection of HTD 8M steel timing belt pulleys with steel flanges. Upon request, they can also be manufactured from stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon. Timing belt pulleys are supplied with and without pre-drilling. We also offer HTD 8M profile racks made of aluminum and stainless steel. HTD 8M profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, particularly outdoors, for example, in door systems, hand tools, etc.  

An HTD 8M timing belt pulley is used in combination with an HTD 8M timing belt or an RPP8 timing belt. HTD 8M pulleys are available from stock and fit HTD 8M timing belts in widths of 20 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 85 mm. We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard HTD 8M profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reduction, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, quill bolts, and retaining rings.

All HTD 8M timing belt pulleys can also be manufactured in other materials and sizes, as well as with a surface coating of your choice. HTD 8M timing belt pulleys can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by modifying standard timing belt pulleys or racks to your specifications.
