T5 timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of aluminum timing belt pulleys and rollers with galvanized steel flanges. Stainless steel or plastic (POM or nylon) versions are also available upon request. Timing pulleys are available with or without pre-drilled holes.

Rack and pinion gears for various tooth profiles according to ISO 5294-1989 are also available. These are frequently used in internal linear guides and in the lifting area of ​​conveyor technology.

The toothed pulleys and wheels are always used with a toothed belt in various tooth profiles and are manufactured to guarantee a perfect fit with the belt widths specified below.

We are able to equip your selected gears and sprockets with bores and machining operations. We work according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings. Possible machining operations include, for example, keyways, hub shortening, splines for guide profiles, as well as bores for shafts, bearings, screws, or retaining rings.

The timing belt pulleys and wheels can also be manufactured from other materials and sizes upon request, or fitted with a surface treatment. We offer anodizing for the aluminum timing belt pulleys and wheels in natural, hard, and black finishes.

Timing belt pulleys and wheels made of steel can be ordered from you in chrome-plated or galvanized finishes.
