Round belts approved for food use
BEHAbelt's extruded polyurethane round belts are available in various hardness grades, with each color indicating the belt's hardness. A round belt can be used to pull powered roller conveyors or as a conveyor belt for goods and food products. Round belts can be easily welded on-site, eliminating the need to disassemble the conveyor belt or machine to install a new belt. This reduces downtime and associated costs.
We offer a complete range of polyester and polyurethane round belts for use in industrial machinery and for transporting products such as frozen food, glass, and tiles. Round belts are available with a smooth or rough surface and with or without polyester, steel, aramid (Kevlar), or fiberglass reinforcement. BEHAbelt's wide range of round belts allows for the optimal selection of the right round belt for applications in conveyor or drive technology.
Extruded round belts are available in various hardness grades and diameters from ø2 to ø20 mm. We offer a wide range of round belts and cords with FDA/EU food-grade approval and various special properties for particularly demanding applications. We also offer a wide range of tools for assembling round belts and cords.
Trimming:
The ends of the V-belt are cut off at a 90-degree angle using the BEHAbelt AS02 angle pliers.
Trin 2. fastspænding
Klemmerne f.eks. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, mounted on round wheels for correct fiksering under safety.
Trin 3. svejsning
Enderne svejses together, anvend f.eks. Behabelts EErgo svejsekolbe or Behabelts Multi TC svejsværktøj. TPE profilers have a temperature of 240°C and PU profilers have a temperature of 290°C. The clamp can be mounted, but it is not made of material.
Trin 4. afkøling
Efter enderne på roundremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv. The forventede nedkølingstid he omkring 5-10 minutes. Forkort possibly nedkølingstid ved at placere remmen under koldt vand.
