Round belts

For applications with high loads and long belt lengths, we recommend using a reinforced round belt, as the reinforcement increases tensile strength and extends the belt's service life. In cooperation with BEHAbelt, we distribute a wide range of reinforced round belts made of wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which, depending on the application, can be supplied with reinforcements made of polyester, aramid (Kevlar), steel, or patented PU-glass fiber. The various reinforcement types have been developed for different industries and are primarily used in heavy industry where large weights need to be moved. We also offer food-grade reinforced round belts that are chemical-resistant and can withstand high and low temperatures. 

Reinforced round belts are available in diameters from Ø6 to Ø20 and in various colors, which indicate their hardness (ShA). These belts can be cut to customer specifications from stock in open lengths of at least 20 meters, or assembled in our workshop by welding them together with an overlap or end loop. Alternatively, you can purchase your own welding equipment to weld the belt yourself. For example, try our Eergo, MultiTC, SG02, or SG03 tools, or our portable welding kit, which includes a storage bag, welding tools, pliers, and clamps.
