TPE round belt TPE55D sky blue smooth surface kevlar reinforced
The sky blue TPE round belt from BEHAbelt 100° ShA is made of the slightly elastic material TPE55D and is particularly suitable for conveyors and roller conveyors as well as for vertical shafts.

Trimming:
The ends of the V-belt are cut off at a 90-degree angle using the BEHAbelt AS02 angle pliers.
Trin 2. fastspænding
Klemmerne f.eks. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, mounted on round wheels for correct fiksering under safety.
Trin 3. svejsning
Enderne svejses together, anvend f.eks. Behabelts EErgo svejsekolbe or Behabelts Multi TC svejsværktøj. TPE profilers have a temperature of 240°C and PU profilers have a temperature of 290°C. The clamp can be mounted, but it is not made of material.
Trin 4. afkøling
Efter enderne på roundremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv. The forventede nedkølingstid he omkring 5-10 minutes. Forkort possibly nedkølingstid ved at placere remmen under koldt vand.
