Round belts

We offer a complete range of extruded polyurethane (PU) belts for use in industrial applications and for transporting goods – from frozen vegetables to glass or tiles. Hollow round belts are frequently used in powered roller conveyors or as conveyor belts and, due to their hollow shape, can be easily and quickly fitted with a metal splice, reducing downtime and associated costs.  

Round belts are available with both smooth and rough surfaces, which indicate the belt's friction. In addition to various colors, we also offer die-cut belts in different hardness grades: 80°A, 88°A, and 92°A. Perforated belts are manufactured with an outer diameter of either 4.8 mm, 6.3 mm, 8.0 mm, 9.5 mm, 12.5 mm, or 15.0 mm. 

After using a metal alloy belt, the hollow belt should always be welded together, as this ensures the longest possible service life. For more advanced and demanding applications, we offer hollow round belts with, for example, food-grade, hydrolysis-resistant, or heat-resistant properties. Hollow belts are very elastic, which is why they are suitable for small pulley diameters. We also offer a wide range of welding tools for joining and welding tubular belts.
