Round belts

The lifespan of a round belt depends on the quality of its joints. Therefore, using the right tools for mounting and welding a round belt is essential. With the right welding equipment, you can ensure your belts are fitted with the correct joints to last as long as possible and transmit maximum power. In some cases, it's not possible to disassemble an application to replace, service, or clean a belt, and it may be necessary to be able to mount the round belt directly on the machine. Our welding equipment is specifically designed for on-site maintenance to minimize downtime and associated costs.

In cooperation with BEHAbelt, we distribute a wide range of traditional and temperature-controlled welding equipment for joining PU and TPE profiles. Try, for example, our RS02 friction welder, SG02 welding gun, or HP01 heat press. For unreinforced profiles, we recommend butt welding with our RS02 friction welder, the FZ01 joining tool, the Multi TC shovel, or the SG02 welder. For reinforced profiles, we recommend lap welding with our FZ03-1-EERGO-Z welding kit.
