Timing belts with profiles

Metal teeth are used to attach a carrier to a timing belt and ensure synchronous transport of your parts.

Metal teeth are mechanically applied and are suitable for belt drives where parts must be positioned with pinpoint accuracy. During the machine mounting of a carrier, the existing tooth is milled off and replaced with a metal tooth. A damaged timing belt can be quickly and easily replaced directly on the machine without disassembling the application. The metal teeth for the T10, AT10, T20, AT20, and HTD 8M, H timing belts are manufactured either from brass, as shown in the illustration, or from stainless steel.
