Assembly instructions
Clean the bore and tapered sections thoroughly before installing the bushing in the pulley. When installing the taper-lock bushing, tighten the screws to further wedge the bushing into the pulley and clamp it around the shaft. One of the advantages of this design is that the pulley can be quickly and easily mounted and dismounted from the shaft, reducing axial misalignment. We can also provide custom taper-lock bushings upon request. Contact us for more information; we are always happy to help.
ISO standard
The bores conform to ISO E8. Metric shaft dimensions with keyway according to DIN 6885/1. Inch shaft dimensions with keyway according to British Standard (BS 46:Pt1).
