Timing belts with profiles

When mechanically attaching drive lugs to timing belts (timing belts with metal teeth), we can precisely position the lug even with tight tolerances by milling off the existing tooth and replacing it with a metal one. As shown in the image below, you can choose the material for your lugs, such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, POM, etc. This makes it very easy to replace damaged lugs without having to replace the entire timing belt.

ATN system

ATN timing belts offer a simple way to mount carriers onto a timing belt. The ATN timing belt system provides a wide range of options. This type of belt is made of PU (polyurethane) and a strong steel cable and can be manufactured by the meter and welded into endless timing belts or purchased pre-formed in custom dimensions. The removable profiles, which are mounted as carriers on the back of the timing belt, can be individually replaced with a different size to meet customer requirements.

This is a good alternative to the old-fashioned fastening method where individual supports are welded on. This technique enables entirely new applications that were previously impossible. Thanks to this special technique, different types of goods can now be transported on the same conveyor rail by simply exchanging different support profiles. We can weld ATN timing belts at our factory in Germany and stock the following types: ATN-10, ATN-12.7, and ATN10.

With ATN timing belt systems, you can mount carriers to the timing belts according to your specifications and dimensions. We can also do this for you. ATN timing belts are available with brass or stainless steel inserts. The standard AT10 timing belt pulleys also fit ATN10 timing belts. We can supply these pulleys from our stock. It is also possible to equip these timing belt pulleys with a special bore and groove.
