Timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of HTD 8M timing belt pulleys for 85 mm brake widths. An HTD 8M pulley is used with an 85 mm wide HTD 8M timing belt. All HTD 8M profiles are manufactured in steel with steel flanges and can also be produced in stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon, upon request. Available with and without a pilot hole. We also offer HTD 8M profile racks in aluminum and stainless steel. HTD 8M profiles for 85 mm brake widths are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications and machines.

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reductions, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, bolts, and retaining rings. All HTD 8M toothed pulleys for 85 mm brake widths can also be manufactured in other materials and with a surface coating of your choice. HTD 8M toothed belt pulleys for 85 mm brake widths can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining standard gears or toothed strips to your specifications.
