TPE round belt TPE63D Beige smooth surface with polyester reinforcement
The beige TPE round belt from BEHAbelt 100° ShA is made of a slightly elastic material TPE 63 D and is particularly suitable for conveyors and roller conveyors as well as for vertical shafts.

Trimming:
The ends of the V-belt are cut off at a 90-degree angle using the BEHAbelt AS02 angle pliers.

Trin 4. afkøling
Efter enderne på roundremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv. The forventede nedkølingstid he omkring 5-10 minutes. Forkort possibly nedkølingstid ved at placere remmen under koldt vand.
