The blue Carpri PU V-belt from BEHAbelt, 84° ShA, is made of the highly elastic PU80A material and is particularly suitable for conveyor systems and vertical shafts. It is quick and easy to install.

V-belt PU80A Capri blue smooth
BEHAbelt 80° ShA Capri blue PU V-belt is made of a slightly elastic material PU80A and is particularly suitable for conveyor belts and roller conveyors as well as for vertical shafts.

Weldable round cords and belts made of PU and TPE are available in various hardnesses and profiles for conveying and power transmission applications. Many of our round belts are food-grade and have special properties for particularly demanding applications.

Trimming:
The ends of the V-belt are cut off at a 90-degree angle using the BEHAbelt AS02 angle pliers.
Trin 2. fastspænding
Klemmerne f.eks. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, mounted on round wheels for correct fiksering under safety.
Trin 3. svejsning
Enderne svejses together, anvend f.eks. Behabelts EErgo svejsekolbe or Behabelts Multi TC svejsværktøj. TPE profilers have a temperature of 240°C and PU profilers have a temperature of 290°C. The clamp can be mounted, but it is not made of material.
Trin 4. afkøling
Efter enderne på roundremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv. The forventede nedkølingstid he omkring 5-10 minutes. Forkort possibly nedkølingstid ved at placere remmen under koldt vand.
