V-belt PU80A Transparent with smooth surface
Transparent PU80A V-belt (approx. 84° Shore A). Made from the slightly elastic and flexible material PU80A, its wedge shape makes it particularly suitable for food transport and transport with vertical shafts.
Weldable V-belts made of PU and TPE are available in various Shore hardnesses and diameters for conveyor and power transmission applications. Many of our PU V-belts are food-grade and have special properties for particularly demanding applications.
Typical industries include: food, logistics, printing and paper, packaging, building materials and more.

Trimming:
The ends of the V-belt are cut off at a 90-degree angle using the BEHAbelt AS02 angle pliers.
Trin 2. fastspænding
Klemmerne f.eks. FZ01 Vario or FZ02, mounted on round wheels for correct fiksering under safety.
Trin 3. svejsning
Enderne svejses together, anvend f.eks. Behabelts EErgo svejsekolbe or Behabelts Multi TC svejsværktøj. TPE profilers have a temperature of 240°C and PU profilers have a temperature of 290°C. The clamp can be mounted, but it is not made of material.
Trin 4. afkøling
Efter enderne på roundremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv. The forventede nedkølingstid he omkring 5-10 minutes. Forkort possibly nedkølingstid ved at placere remmen under koldt vand.
