V-belts

We offer adjustable Accu-Link V-belts that combine excellent strength and durability with quick and easy installation. The Accu-Link system allows for the construction of V-belts of any length and size, as the belts are made up of a series of standard modules that can be assembled and disassembled as needed. This provides great flexibility during installation, cleaning, and maintenance without compromising tensile strength and durability. Accu-Link belts are resistant to salt, chemicals, oil, and grease, making them suitable for harsh environments. They are used in a wide variety of applications, including metal, wood, and glass, as they can withstand temperatures from -25°C to +80°C.

The modules are made of durable polyurethane (PU) and reinforced with polyester, extending the service life of the V-belt. Accu-Link V-belts also ensure a smooth ride, as their surface absorbs shocks and vibrations. The modules are available in fixed widths and heights in types 3L/Z, 4L/A, 5L/B, and C, with the Z-profile measuring 10 x 6 mm (W x H), the A-profile 13 x 8 mm (W x H), the B-profile 17 x 11 mm (W x H), and the C-profile 22 x 14 mm (W x H).
