T10 timing belts with steel cords are available in the following standard widths: 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, and 50 mm. Other widths can be manufactured upon request. Polyurethane timing belts with steel cords, endless without splices. Standard T10 profile - DIN 7721 metric timing belt with trapezoidal tooth shape. Thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) timing belts are suitable for large machines. T10 timing belts are primarily used indoors and are designed for high performance and precision. Due to their high wear resistance, long service life, and chemical resistance to oils, greases, and chemicals, polyurethane T10 timing belts are frequently used in harsh environments where cleanliness and hygiene are critical. They also withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +80°C, making them suitable for most industries and professions. The PU timing belt range is available with various reinforcements, such as Kevlar, steel, and stainless steel. The different reinforcement types ensure different tensile strengths, while the reinforcement influences the longitudinal stability and load-bearing capacity of the belt.

We offer both open and fully formed T10 timing belts. Open timing belts can be fitted and welded to the desired dimensions. Please note that a welded T10 timing belt has 50% less tensile strength compared to a fully formed timing belt.
