AT5 timing belts with steel tension members are available in the following standard widths: 6 mm, 10 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm, and 32 mm. Other widths can be manufactured upon request. Polyurethane timing belts with steel wire, endless without splices. Standard AT5 profile - DIN 7721 metric timing belt with trapezoidal tooth shape. An AT5 timing belt is an evolution of the T5 timing belt. The AT5 offers higher power transmission, tensile strength, and better positioning accuracy than a T5. Megapower AT5 timing belts are available with steel wire as standard, which contributes to high traction. It is possible to manufacture pulleys with "zero" tolerance (pulley with minimal play between the timing belt and pulley), making the AT5 suitable for applications and tasks with many starts and stops, and tasks requiring very precise positioning. AT5 timing belts have a stronger tooth profile than the standard T5 profile. Megadyne PU timing belts are less dirty than conventional rubber timing belts and are ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

We offer both open and pre-formed AT5 timing belts. Open timing belts can be assembled and welded to the desired dimensions.
