Timing belt with pin joint
Save time and avoid lengthy production downtimes by easily and quickly installing your timing belts on-site. Our pin mounting system allows you to save significant time; the typical installation time is approximately 10 minutes. If installing an endless welded timing belt is not possible or nearly impossible, a pin-mounted timing belt can be an excellent solution.
We can offer the assembly of pins from the following tooth profiles:
Profile: T5 - T10 - T20
Profile: AT5 - AT10 - AT20
Profile: 5M - 8M - 14M
Profile: XL - L - H - XH
Also suitable for double timing belts, coated timing belts, and drive lugs. Timing belts with other tooth profiles are available upon request. The maximum load is 50% of the maximum load of a welded endless timing belt. Contact customer service for a free quote or if you require further information.
