Timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of HTD 3M timing belt pulleys for a 15 mm brake width. An HTD 3M pulley is used with a 15 mm wide HTD 3M timing belt. All HTD 3M profiles are manufactured in steel with steel flanges and can also be produced in stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon, upon request. Available with and without a pilot hole. We also offer racks in the HTD 3M profile in aluminum and stainless steel. HTD 3M profiles for a 15 mm brake width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications and machines.

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reductions, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, bolts, and retaining rings. All HTD 3M timing belt pulleys for 15 mm brake width can also be manufactured in other materials and with a surface coating of your choice. HTD 3M 9 mm brake discs can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining standard gear rims or racks to your specifications.
