Timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of AT5 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm brake widths. A T5 pulley is used with an AT5 timing belt, which is 25 mm wide. All AT5 profiles are made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges and can also be manufactured from stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon, upon request. Available with and without a pilot hole. We also offer AT5 profile racks in aluminum and stainless steel. AT5 profiles for 25 mm brake widths are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, such as linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems. 

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reductions, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, bolts, and retaining rings. All AT5 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm brake widths can also be manufactured in other materials and with a surface coating of your choice upon request. We offer anodizing for aluminum timing belt pulleys, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For pulleys made of other materials, such as steel, we offer zinc-plated and chromated coatings. AT5 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm brake widths can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining standard pulleys or toothed strips to your specifications.
