Timing belt pulleys

We stock a wide selection of AT10 timing belt pulleys for a 16 mm brake width. An AT10 pulley is used with a 16 mm wide AT10 timing belt. All AT10 profiles are made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges and can also be manufactured from stainless steel and plastics, such as POM or nylon, upon request. Available with or without a pilot hole. We also offer AT10 profile racks in aluminum and stainless steel. AT10 profiles for a 16 mm brake width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many different applications, such as linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems. 

We have our own workshop and offer drilling and machining of standard profiles according to your specifications, sketches, and drawings, including features such as keyways, hub reductions, splined grooves for guide profiles, and bores for shafts, bearings, bolts, and retaining rings. All AT10 toothed pulleys for 16 mm brake widths can also be manufactured in other materials and with a surface coating of your choice upon request. We offer anodizing of aluminum toothed pulleys, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For pulleys made of other materials, such as steel, we offer zinc-plated and chromated coatings. AT10 toothed pulleys for 16 mm brake widths can be easily adapted to your needs and integrated into existing designs by machining standard stock toothed pulleys or toothed strips to your specifications.
