AT10 -Taperlock - 25MM
We offer clamping solutions for AT10 toothed pulleys, so-called Taperlock (TB) bushings, which serve as a locking mechanism for securing the toothed pulleys. AT10 toothed belt pulleys with a braking width of 25 mm accommodate TB numbers from 1008 to 2517 and shaft bores from Ø9 to Ø65.

An AT10 timing belt, an evolution of the T10 timing belt, is manufactured with a wider tooth profile, trapezoidal teeth, and increased reinforcement compared to conventional T-profiles, ensuring high power transmission, traction, and positioning accuracy. An AT pulley is compatible with an AT10 timing belt in standard widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 50 mm. Other widths are available upon request. AT10 profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in a wide variety of applications, such as linear guides, crane operation, and conveyor systems. AT10 timing belt pulleys are particularly well-suited for applications with frequent starts and stops, as well as for transport tasks requiring precise positioning.
During installation, clean the surface and insert the bushing into the drive element. Loosely insert the screws into the threaded holes and place the drive element onto the shaft. Tighten the screws alternately using an Allen wrench. Check the tension after a short operating time.
