
Extruded V-belts made of PU
We distribute a wide range of extruded polyurethane (PU) V-belts from Behabelt for applications in conveying and drive technology. PU V-belts are available in various hardness grades and profiles, such as Y, M, Z, A, B, C, and D profiles, which can be manufactured to custom dimensions upon request and joined together to form endless V-belts. The V-belt range is available in smooth and hardened versions, as well as in a wide selection of colors. They are used in many industries, particularly in the food industry, due to their chemical resistance and ability to withstand both high and low temperatures. Their elastic properties make them compatible with small pulley diameters and ideal for driving light conveying and packaging applications.
For applications with high loads and long belt lengths, we recommend using a reinforced PU V-belt. We stock a wide range of reinforced types, manufactured with your chosen reinforcement to increase tensile strength and extend belt life. Reinforced V-belts are made from wear-resistant PU or TPE material and are available with reinforcements of polyester, aramid (Kevlar), steel, or weldable PU-glass fiber fabric, depending on the application. Some of our reinforced V-belt profiles are also available with a center hole, allowing the belt to be connected to a metal alloy link.

Beskær enderne på kileremmen med BEHAbelts AS02 vinkeltang inden svejsesning. For the best possible contact with the seeds and the strongest splejsning, the end result is at a distance of 90 degrees.

Trin 2. fastgøring
På billedet anvendes fictionsvejsemaskine RS02, der fungerer, ved at enderne på remmen rystes, så enderne smelter og thener en samling. It also has to be used in a small way. Behabelts EErgo , Behabelts Multi TC or Behabelts Welding kit . If you use the RS02, you need it if you use the clamp f.eks. FZ01 Vario or FZ02/3 to fiksering from remmen, in den Svejses.

Trin 3. svejsning

Trin 4. rengøring
Efter enderne på kileremmen er smeltet og materialet he kølet ned, fjernes eventuel vulst ved splejsningen, ved at anvende BEHAbelt SE02 kantskærer eller skarp kniv.
