We offer SAT10 profile timing belts with a metric tooth pitch, available in standard widths of 50, 75, and 100 millimeters. The SAT10 profile features self-centering and offset teeth that center and secure the belt's position on the pulley (eliminating the need for pulley guide flanges). The belt's self-centering properties ensure stable belt tension and high power transmission, making it particularly suitable for linear guides and vertical drives. The curved and offset teeth also make SAT10 timing belts extremely quiet, as they absorb vibrations in the belt drive.
 
Open SAT10 profile timing belts are manufactured from wear-resistant white thermoplastic polyurethane with a 92 Shore A hardness and robust reinforcement of steel, Kevlar (aramid), and stainless steel. We also offer RF amplification (high flexibility). The durable thermoplastic material is resistant to oil, grease, and gasoline, and temperature-resistant from -25°C to +80°C.

SAT10 timing belts can be advantageously coated with nylon, either on the teeth or on the back of the belt, improving driving characteristics and reducing noise and friction. An open SAT10 timing belt can be assembled into an endless timing belt with your desired dimensions. This can be done mechanically or by welding the belts together. The timing belt can be manufactured with welded fingers, or you can purchase your own welding equipment and weld the belt yourself. Alternatively, you can have the timing belt mechanically assembled using pin mounting, allowing for quick and easy installation directly on the application.
