Open PU timing belt

We offer a wide range of double-toothed polyurethane timing belts suitable for linear applications, power transmission, and drives with high loads and speeds. Our range of double-toothed PU timing belts is available in various widths and profiles, including T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, HTD (5M, 8M, and 14M), RTD 8M (8M and 14M), STD, L, and H. These double-toothed PU belts are made of thermoplastic polyurethane with a hardness of 92 Shore A and reinforced with steel, Kevlar (aramid), or stainless steel. The durable thermoplastic material is resistant to oil, grease, and gasoline, and temperature-resistant from -25°C to +80°C. PU belts are used, for example, in the food industry, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and door systems.
 
A PU double timing belt can be assembled into an endless timing belt either mechanically or by welding the individual belts together. With a welded timing belt, you should expect approximately 50% less tensile strength than with a fully formed timing belt. The timing belt can be welded using a finger joint, or you can purchase your own welding equipment and weld the timing belt yourself. Alternatively, you can have the timing belt mechanically mounted with a pin connection, allowing for quick and easy installation directly on the application. Please note that with mechanical pin mounting, only 25-30% of the tensile strength is achieved compared to a fully assembled timing belt.
