Shaped flat belts
Endless molded flat belts, type T150 – All T150 molded flat belts are manufactured and cast as continuous belts without splices. They are available from stock in sizes with 10 mm spacing from 400 to 1800 mm and with 20 mm spacing from 1820 to 2400 mm, and in widths from 4 to 420 mm. All sizes over 2400 mm, as well as all sizes not conforming to a standard spacing, are available upon request. Operating temperature: -25°C / +100°C.
Megaflat T150 molded flat belts are endless cast flat belts with polyester reinforcement; therefore, these flat belts have no splice. This gives this drive belt even higher tensile strength than a spliced flat belt. T150 molded flat belts have a breaking strength of 3000 N per cm. Megaflat T150 molded flat belts are available in lengths from 200 to 3850 mm. Other sizes can be manufactured upon request; however, the delivery time is 4 weeks plus a minimum width of 400 mm.
