Our elastic and monolithic conveyor belts for the food industry are hygienic thanks to their innovative and revolutionary MICROclean surface design. Its non-porous surface and structure ensure more hygienic cleaning. The surface is so microscopically small that its structure can only be seen with a magnifying glass, preventing the penetration of dirt and deposits and thus contamination of your food.

Indestructible

Fabric reinforcement of the conveyor belt is not necessary with our products. These are elastic PU and TPE conveyor belts. Our new elastic conveyor belts eliminate the risk of the material absorbing liquids, which in the worst case can lead to separation of the layers and unnecessary belt wear. We use only selected, high-quality materials for the production of our adhesive tapes, resulting in exceptionally high resistance to hydrological degradation and other chemical conditions.

Easy to assemble

Our elastic conveyor belts are easy to install, as the belt can be welded on-site by the customer using a welding machine or a hot air welding/press system. The softness and material also allow for easy adaptation of the belt to the application, as it can be cut to the correct size. Our elastic conveyor belts can be complemented by our wide range of corrugated edges, guide profiles, and supports, providing you with a flexible and stable belting solution

Certified

Our rubber conveyor belts can be used throughout the food industry and meet national and international standards for direct and contact with food (FDA/EC approved). Compared to conventional conveyor belts, our elastic belts reduce the risk of harmful bacterial growth, ensuring your production adheres to HACCP principles and standards for quality and food safety.
