Timing belt pulleys

For HTD 14M toothed pulleys with a brake width of 115 mm, we offer clamping bushings, so-called Taperlock (TB) bushings, which serve as a locking mechanism for the pulley mounting. 14M refers to the tooth pitch, which expresses the distance in millimeters between the center teeth. HTD 14M toothed belt pulleys with a brake width of 115 mm accommodate TB numbers from 2517 to 5050, with shaft bores from Ø65 to Ø125.

HTD stands for High Torque Drive and is a standard pulley compatible with HTD and RPP timing belts. HTD timing belts are also available in reinforced versions with two or four times the tensile strength, ensuring greater efficiency and precision. HTD pulleys are used in machine tools, the paper industry, and the textile industry, where long service life and minimal maintenance are essential. All HTD timing belt pulleys comply with REACH and RoHS directives.

During installation, clean the surface and insert the bushing into the drive element. Loosely insert the screws into the threaded holes and place the drive element onto the shaft. Tighten the screws alternately using an Allen wrench. Check the tension after a short operating time.
